Experiencing new symptoms, side effects, or a change in how you're feeling between appointments can sometimes be difficult to explain over text messages. To ensure proper assessment and safe treatment decisions, we offer an Interim Video Follow-up Consultation. This service includes: ✅ Review of current symptoms and concerns through a secure video consultation ✅ Medication reconciliation (verification of all medicines currently being taken) ✅ Assessment for medication side effects, interactions, or adherence issues ✅ Guidance on whether treatment adjustments or further evaluation are required ✅ Planning of counselling or psychotherapy sessions when indicated Before the consultation: Share clear photographs of all medication strips, bottles, and prescriptions currently being used. Keep a list of symptoms, their onset, and any recent changes ready for discussion. Why a video consultation? Many symptoms such as restlessness, anxiety, behavioural changes, medication side effects, and movement-related symptoms cannot be adequately assessed through WhatsApp text messages alone. A video consultation allows a more comprehensive clinical assessment and helps in making safer, better-informed treatment decisions.
